About the role This is a great opportunity for someone the Perpetual Asset Management Australia Product team. You'll play a key role in supporting the ongoing management of our product suite, working across the full product lifecycle. This role offers strong exposure across product management, regulatory requirements, and internal stakeholders, making it an ideal step for someone looking to build on their product expertise or make a move to product. Key responsibilitiesSupport the implementation of product changes and enhancements from concept through to deliveryAssist with ongoing product management activities, including annual product reviewsMaintain and improve key product processes, ensuring they are accurate and followedContribute to regulatory and business reporting (including board, committee, and DDO reporting)Assist in the preparation and review of product governance documents (e.g. policies, procedures, PDSs)Maintain product data and systems About you You're detail-oriented, organised, and keen to build a career in product within asset management. You will bring:3+ years' experience in financial services, ideally within funds managementExposure to product, operations, or investment teams, with an interest in building a career in investment productUnderstanding of the regulatory environment (e.g. DDO, product governance, disclosure requirements)Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret product dataExcellent attention to detailExperience supporting projects or delivering changes across multiple stakeholdersStrong written communication skillsGood organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesCollaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships across the organisationProactive mindset, someone who takes ownership and looks for ways to improve processes How we work Our unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients, the way we approach decision-making to the questions we ask and the problems we solve.
