Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in expanding broker partnerships, growing market presence, and driving deal flow across an established and growing referral network. As the Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of developing and managing broker and referral relationships while actively identifying new business opportunities across the finance and lending market. This role is ideal for a commercially minded BDM who enjoys being on the front foot — building trusted relationships, managing active pipelines, driving conversions, and contributing to the ongoing growth strategy of the business. You will work closely with brokers, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service outcomes while helping grow awareness of the company’s funding solutions across the market.
