As a New Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to deliver new, exciting and market leading design solutions. You’ll play a vital role in producing innovative designs in line with core market segmentation and briefs. What You’ll Be Working On

Reporting to New Product Design Manager, you will become an integral part of the Design team, contributing to the success of our retail objectives and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Produce design concepts in line with ABN group direction and strategy, design briefs with a high level of accuracy and creativity
  • Collaborate with Land & Developer Partnering team and Developers to support project outcomes
  • Ensure homes are designed within market segmentation, company building parameters and comply with all relevant requirements
  • Provide governance of design processes, documentation and templates
  • Strategically review products in line with planning reforms, energy requirements and accessible housing requirements etc. 
  • Develop innovative concepts and review price point sensitivity
  • Review and provide feedback on designs to support brand architecture and market segmentation

About You

You have knowledge of residential R-Codes, NCC and shire procedures and regulations so that our market leading designs are compliant. You are a team player that cultivates a positive performance culture with the Masters team.

  • Previous Designer experience in the WA residential industry has equipped you with the practical knowledge needed to thrive in this role
  • Your organisational skills are second to none, allowing you to effortlessly juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a keen attention to detail
  • Understanding diverse construction methods is your forte, enabling you to bring projects to life with precision and accuracy
  • Strong experience in ArchiCAD and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Your strong communication skills empower you seamlessly collaborate with team members
  • You possess a growth mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and take charge of your own career progression
