Pixelz360 is hiring a Business Development Manager who has lived inside a digital agency. You can run a discovery call, handle objections without flinching, and sign off deals. You've sold websites, SEO, paid media, or creative retainers. Now you want somewhere your skill is recognised, and your wins are celebrated.

What You'll Do
  • Own the sales pipeline from first contact to signed agreement: lead generation, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, close

  • Consult, don't just pitch understand a client's business, diagnose their digital gaps, and prescribe the right solution

  • Sell our full suite, web design & development, SEO, PPC, brand strategy, and digital marketing retainers

  • Build relationships that turn into long-term partnerships and referrals

  • Work hand-in-hand with our delivery team to scope projects accurately and set clients up for success

  • Hit and exceed revenue targets, we reward performance properly

  • Keep our CRM tight and provide accurate forecasting to leadership

Who You Are

  • You've sold inside a digital agency, so you understand the services, the margins, and the client dynamics

  • You have a track record of meeting or beating targets

  • You sell consultatively. You ask sharp questions and listen more than you talk

  • You're digitally literate. You can speak credibly about web dev, SEO, and paid media, and you know when to bring in a specialist

  • You're resilient. Rejection doesn't slow you down. It sharpens you

  • You're self-driven. Nobody needs to chase you to make the call or follow up

  • You communicate clearly, in writing and out loud

  • You know your way around a CRM (HubSpot or similar)
