We are looking for a reliable and experienced Barista / Front of House all-rounder to join our team for a few mornings each week.

This is a casual role offering approximately 15–18 hours per week, generally across set office days. The role would suit someone looking for regular casual shifts in a friendly and supportive office environment.

About the role

You’ll take ownership of our front-of-house and office kitchen areas, helping keep the team fuelled and ensuring our shared office spaces are well presented and running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Making coffees for staff and visitors
Managing and maintaining the kitchen, pantry and common areas
Ordering groceries, juices, snacks and Friday drinks
Stocking supplies and managing orders within budget
Organising office lunches and catering
Keeping the pantry and shared spaces clean, tidy and well presented
Supporting the general upkeep of office common areas

About you

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and dependable, with a friendly attitude and strong attention to detail. You’ll be comfortable working independently, taking ownership of the front-of-house space, and communicating clearly with the team.

You must have:

Previous barista experience
A valid RSA
Strong organisational skills
Reliable availability for agreed casual shifts
Experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks throughout the day
