About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing & Partnerships to lead and execute our marketing vision. This is a senior leadership role responsible for elevating our brand, driving high-quality lead generation, and building strong partnerships to support sustained business growth.
Responsibilities
Strategy & LeadershipPartner with the Group Head of Sales & Distribution to shape the company’s marketing and sales strategyDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing and partnerships strategy aligned with growth objectivesIdentify market trends and opportunities to position Moneytech as a leader in the non-bank lending space
Brand & Market PresenceBuild and enhance brand awareness and reputation across all channelsDevelop a compelling and differentiated value proposition for key audiences including brokers, aggregators, and SMEs
Partnerships & GrowthIdentify, onboard, and grow strategic aggregator and broker partnershipsDrive initiatives to increase loan referrals and expand distribution networksStrengthen external relationships with industry associations and key stakeholders
Marketing ExecutionDesign and deliver multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leadsLead end-to-end events strategy to drive engagement and brand visibilityOptimise digital channels (SEO, SEM, social, email) to improve performance and conversionsOversee content creation including thought leadership, case studies, and client storiesManage PR and media engagement to enhance industry presence
Innovation & PerformanceDrive adoption of AI-enabled marketing tools and automationUse analytics and insights to measure campaign performance and optimise ROIManage and continuously improve the company’s digital presence
CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to align marketing initiativesManage relationships with external agencies and partners
Qualifications8+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within financial services or lendingProven success in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategiesStrong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand developmentExperience building and managing strategic partnershipsDemonstrated ability to scale marketing functions in a growing businessInfluential leadership style with the ability to inspire and drive outcomesDegree in Business or a related field (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Dynamics, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Required SkillsStrategic marketing leadership, digital marketing expertise, partnership management, campaign execution, analytics proficiency.
Preferred SkillsExperience in financial services, knowledge of AI marketing tools, strong communication skills.
