This newly created, field-based role is focused on driving sustainable growth through admissions, occupancy and referral partnerships across the region. About the RoleReporting into senior leadership, you'll drive residential aged care occupancy and grow referral networks while expanding service utilisation across home care, allied health, rehabilitation and home modifications. This role is heavily admissions-led, working closely with hospitals and community referrers to convert enquiries into placements, while also identifying new partnership and revenue opportunities. You'll be an individual contributor, owning your pipeline and performance targets end-to-end.
