As Our New Brand Grows – so do our teams!

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where you will sit at the heart of both sales and operations, keeping things connected, organised, and moving forward. As the Sales & Production Coordinator, you will provide end-to-end coordination across the sales and production teams, supporting everything from CRM updates, reporting, and presentations through to scheduling, documentation, and workflow planning. You will 100% play a key role in ensuring strong communication between teams, accurate reporting, and smooth delivery against customer commitments, while proactively supporting the sales pipeline and helping keep opportunities moving.

Beyond sales support, there is also an opportunity to contribute to the operational rhythm of the business by supporting planning & production reporting. You will naturally love working in a fast-paced environment. Sonata is a growing business where innovation, shared ideas, and teamwork are genuinely valued. Key Traits that Suit This Role

Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Confidence in communication—comfortable picking up the phone, following up, and building relationships across teams
Experience using CRM systems and managing accurate data, reporting, and pipeline tracking
Solid capability across Microsoft Office, including creating reports, presentations, and dashboards
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to take initiative and improve processes
Adaptability and agility to move between sales support and operational priorities as business needs shift
Confident, energetic and bring spark and personality to their role
