We are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Sydney, Australia. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills. Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry. Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings In this role you will:Drive net-new business development across targeted verticalsReach out to new potential clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communicationGenerate new leads through proactive prospecting and CRM managementPrepare commercial offers and ensure contracts are signed to achieve assigned sales goalsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with customers through frequent communication and visitsRepresent Teltonika at exhibitions, conferences, and client meetingsCollaborate with product specialists and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions What we expect of you:Professional English language skills (spoken and written)Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B salesAssertive, results-driven sales professional with a hunter mindset and proven experience in lead generation and cold callingIndependent and self-driven, with the ability to manage sales activities autonomously across long sales cycles.Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho What we offer:Great opportunities to grow in a strong and rapidly expanding global companyFlexible working hours and hybrid working arrangementsHealth insurance and wellness benefits after one year of employmentRegular team-building activities and internal events Salary:We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and expertise, along with an uncapped commission system
