About the Company Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd is a fast-growing IT and telecommunications solutions provider delivering reliable and innovative network services to businesses across Australia. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Network Analyst to join our technical team.

Role Overview As a Network Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, monitoring, and improving network performance and reliability. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure secure, stable, and efficient network operations.

Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyse network performance, traffic, and usage trends. Identify, investigate, and resolve network issues and outages.

Support configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Analyse network logs and generate performance and security reports. Assist in implementing network upgrades and optimisation strategies.

Ensure network security compliance and identify potential vulnerabilities. Support troubleshooting of LAN/WAN and wireless network issues. Maintain accurate technical documentation and network records.

Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for issue resolution and improvements. Recommend improvements to enhance network efficiency and reliability. Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Networking, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in network analysis, administration, or support role. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.

Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools. Knowledge of firewall technologies and network security principles. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and reporting abilities. What We Offer
