The OpportunityAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Eftsure, you’ll play a critical role in driving our growth by generating qualified sales opportunities and creating exceptional first impressions with prospective customers.You’ll be the frontline of our sales engine engaging decision-makers, uncovering customer pain points, and helping build pipeline for our high-performing sales team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is motivated by learning, development, and career progression. What You’ll Be DoingProspect and engage new business opportunities through multi-channel outreach including phone, email, LinkedIn, and eventsConduct outbound cold calls to key decision-makersQualify inbound and outbound leads against our ideal customer profile (ICP)Build targeted prospect lists and personalise outreach campaignsDeliver compelling messaging that clearly communicates Eftsure’s value propositionBook high-quality meetings for the Business Development and Account Executive teamsPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to improve conversion and pipeline outcomesMaintain accurate CRM records and uphold best practices in data hygiene and process adherenceTrack activity metrics and pipeline progression to continuously improve performanceContribute positively to team culture by collaborating, sharing learnings, and celebrating wins What Success Looks LikeConsistently booking qualified meetings with target prospectsMaintaining strong meeting show rates and pipeline contributionDemonstrating professionalism, resilience, and a growth mindsetActively participating in coaching, training, and continuous developmentBringing high energy, accountability, and a team-first attitude every day About YouYou’re motivated, curious, and eager to build a successful career in SaaS sales. You enjoy speaking with people, solving problems, and working towards ambitious goals.
