Internal Sales - Team Member

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Team Member to join our Bibra Lake branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a locally based sales professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to a high-performing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Providing expert support and solutions over the phone, via email, and at the branch counter
• Identifying sales opportunities and contributing to branch growth
• Processing orders, preparing quotations, and supporting daily sales activities
• Working closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding customer experiences

We’re seeking a positive, outgoing, and motivated individual who enjoys working with people and has a passion for sales.

You will bring:

• Proven sales experience, ideally within an internal sales, customer service, retail, or trade environment
• A strong customer focus and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in identifying opportunities and contributing to sales growth
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience within the trade, industrial, or fastener industry will be highly regarded but is not essential. We welcome candidates from retail or other customer-facing sales backgrounds who are ready to take the next step in their career.
