Production Supervisor FMCG

Permanent Position offering $85k-$90k + super (depending on experience)

Hours: 6am-2.30pm Monday to Thursdays and 6am-12noon Fridays

Braeside Co, an innovating and accomplished Australian owned Flavour and Food development manufacturing business servicing major retailers, is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven background in FMCG and able to lead and oversee teams. "Hands on" leadership qualities, time management and communication is the "key" to be productive and successful in the planning of daily production.

Key Responsibilities and Attributes:

Successfully plan and run daily production- end to end

Proven experience in Food development Production

Experience in FMCG, HACCP, OH&S and Safety procedures

Support and oversee daily production operators (mixing, blending, raw materials)

Excellent commucation, decision making and time management is essential

Ability to identify and reticfy any operating issues and engage appropriate actions

A Forklift licence is an advantage
