Kaarme is a fast-growing Australian jewellery and accessory brand built on individuality, colour, community, and confidence.

What started as a passion project has grown into a thriving e-commerce business with a loyal customer base, a dedicated team, and ambitious plans for growth.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing & Growth to help take Kaarme to the next level.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for a commercially minded leader who can build strategy, drive growth, own launches, and work alongside our founder to scale the brand.

About the Role

As Head of Marketing & Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing Kaarme's overall marketing strategy.

You will work closely with the Founder and Creative Director to transform creative ideas into commercially successful campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives.

You will oversee our marketing calendar, product launches, agency relationships, customer acquisition strategy, retention strategy, and growth planning.

This role is perfect for someone who loves both creativity and numbers and understands how to build an e-commerce brand in today's landscape.

Responsibilities
Growth & Strategy

• Develop and own the annual and quarterly marketing strategy.

• Build and manage the marketing calendar.

• Create growth plans to support revenue targets.

• Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, retention, and average order value.

• Analyse business performance and recommend strategic actions.

Product Launches & Campaigns

• Lead launch planning from concept to execution.

• Develop campaign ideas and launch strategies.

• Coordinate all launch activity across social media, email, SMS, website, influencers, and paid advertising.

• Ensure launches align with commercial goals and revenue targets.

Paid Media & Agency Management

• Manage and oversee external Meta advertising partners.

• Review performance and hold partners accountable to agreed outcomes.

• Collaborate on campaign direction, creative testing, and budget allocation.

• Understand key metrics including ROAS, CPA, MER, LTV, and customer acquisition costs.

Retention & Customer Journey

• Oversee email and SMS marketing strategy.

• Develop customer retention initiatives and loyalty opportunities.

• Improve customer experience throughout the entire purchasing journey.

Leadership

• Work closely with the Founder to bring creative visions to life.

• Lead and mentor the Content & Marketing Assistant.

• Create structure, accountability, and clear priorities within the marketing department.

About You

You are strategic, commercially minded, and highly organised.

You have experience growing an e-commerce, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or jewellery brand and understand what it takes to scale a business in a competitive market.

You are equally comfortable discussing creative campaign concepts and revenue forecasts.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience in marketing, growth, or e-commerce.

• Experience leading successful product launches.

• Strong understanding of Meta advertising and digital marketing strategy.

• Experience managing agencies and external partners.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Proven ability to grow revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience within fashion, jewellery, beauty, or lifestyle brands.

• Experience scaling a business from $2M+ to $5M+ annual revenue.

• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and influencer marketing.
