About the role
This Business Manager/Team Coordinator role provides high-level administrative, coordination, and operational support to senior executives and their teams within a fast-paced environment. It involves managing schedules, coordinating key business processes, supporting governance activities, and ensuring deadlines are met. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation, the role also supports onboarding, maintains systems, manages enquiries, and helps drive efficient, organised, and collaborative business operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Executive & stakeholder support – manage diaries, meetings, travel, and briefing materials to keep leaders on track.
  • Governance & coordination – support leadership forums, prepare documentation, and ensure deadlines and submissions are met.
  • Systems & operations support – assist with business systems, enquiries, admin workflows, and process improvements.
  • Team coordination & culture – organise calendars, onboarding and events while maintaining a collaborative, professional environment.

Skills and experience

  • Exceptional organisation & prioritisation – thrive in fast-paced environments while effortlessly managing competing priorities and schedules.
  • Confident communicator & relationship builder – engage stakeholders with professionalism, clarity, and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail – deliver accurate, high-quality work while keeping tasks, documents, and records on track.
  • Tech-savvy & process-driven – confident using business systems and tools to streamline workflows and support operations.
  • Proactive & solutions-focused – anticipate needs, solve problems early, and keep team operations running smoothly.
  • Previous experience in investment banking or financial services will be highly regarded
