IT Support / Technical Support (Contractor)Location: Ryde, Sydney (Onsite)Contract Type: ContractorWorking Arrangement: 2–3 days per week initiallyWorking Hours: 8 hours per day Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive IT Support / Technical Support contractor to assist with day-to-day technical operations and system support. This role focuses on troubleshooting issues, supporting internal systems, and coordinating with the appropriate technical teams to resolve problems efficiently. The role involves minimal coding but requires basic technical understanding and strong problem-solving skills. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide IT and technical support for internal systems and platformsTroubleshoot and debug basic technical or application issuesSupport and assist with systems such as ERP, OMS, WMS and eCommerce platformsLiaise with developers, vendors, and internal teams to identify the right person or team to resolve technical issuesHelp maintain stable system operations and assist with issue trackingDocument issues, solutions, and support processes RequirementsAbility to troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic debuggingFamiliarity with ERP, OMS, or eCommerce systems is highly preferredBasic understanding of full-stack systems (frontend and backend concepts) is a plus, but not requiredStrong problem-solving skills and initiativeAbility to work effectively in a team environmentFluent in English and MandarinOrganised, proactive, and able to work onsite in Ryde Preferred BackgroundExperience in IT support, technical support, or system operationsExposure to web platforms or SaaS systemsComfortable communicating with technical and non-technical teams Please fill out the form and submit your application in the 2026 IT Support Application Form – Fill in form.
