�� About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing businesses to Citation’s award-winning services and identifying opportunities for our sales team.

Your day-to-day will include:
  • Makinghigh-volume outbound calls to businesses
    • Identifying client needs and introducing tailored solutions
    • Building strong relationships and generating new business opportunities
    • Managing your pipeline and activity through our CRM system
    • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve team targets
This role is perfect for someone looking to kick-start a career in sales with strong earning potential and structured development.
