Skills RPS, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking Defence capability professionals with strong interpersonal and technical skills. The roles are full-time permanent roles and will support our clients and teams in planning and delivering major, complex Defence capability projects. Key Responsibilities Deliver services for large Defence projects and programsApply knowledge and experience to identify risks and uncertainties and take these into account in planning, decision making and priority settingProvide advice and develop reports and other data visualisations to support data led decision makingPrioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient mannerWork independently through unstructured tasksDevelop and maintain relationships with new clients and enhance existing relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersExercise strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skillsExercise strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills. About You 3+ years’ experienceRelevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience/trainingAustralian Citizen able to successfully obtain and maintain an Australian Government Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) security clearancePrior experience working on Defence capability projects is highly regardedStrong team player who enjoys working in a team environment.
