We are seeking a senior commercial leader to shape and drive go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and broader leadership team, you will play a foundational role in validating commercial pathways, building key industry relationships, and establishing scalable distribution channels.
This is a high-impact role suited to a commercially astute operator who thrives in ambiguity and is motivated by building from the ground up.
The Role
Reporting to and working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead business development and sales execution for a new opportunity being explored within the x15ventures portfolio. You will help shape and execute the go-to-market strategy while building pipeline, and establishing scalable commercial foundations and customer interest.
This is a hands-on builder role suited to someone who thrives in startup environments - comfortable with ambiguity, willing to hustle to open doors, and capable of operating strategically while personally driving enterprise deals to close.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CCO and leadership team to refine and execute go-to-market strategy
Originate and build a high-quality pipeline of B2B opportunities across the property ecosystem
Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end, from first engagement through negotiation and close
Support development of channel and ecosystem partnerships, including integration partnerships
Structure and execute commercial agreements aligned to long-term value creation
Establish scalable sales processes, for SMB customers and enterprise partnerships
Contribute to broader strategic decisions, including pathways to scale and market expansion
What We’re Looking For
7+ years’ experience in enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership
Experience contributing to GTM strategy in early-stage or growth environments
Proven ability to originate and close complex B2B or institutional deals
Strong commercial judgement and structured pipeline management
A builder mindset - proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating across a broad remit
Willingness to roll up sleeves and operate both strategically and tactically
Deep experience within the property ecosystem, including demonstrated success selling into agents, conveyancers or related participants
Strong understanding of the commercial dynamics of the property market, with an established industry network
Experience in trust-based digital services, fintech, SaaS or regulated environments is advantageous but not essential
Why Join
High ownership and direct impact on early revenue and market positioning
Exposure to enterprise and ecosystem-level partnerships
Work at the forefront of digital trust innovation
