About the Role

The Junior Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of HaiMoney by recruiting new mortgage brokers and maintaining strong relationships with existing brokers on the platform. The role focuses on broker engagement, business development, and promoting Hai Money’s aggregation services.

Key Responsibilities

Broker Recruitment

·         Identify and approach potential mortgage brokers to join the Hai Money aggregation platform.

·         Introduce the benefits of Hai Money including lender panel access, operational support, and compliance assistance.

·         Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective brokers.

Broker Relationship Management

·         Maintain regular communication with existing brokers.

·         Provide guidance on the use of Hai Money systems and services.

·         Support brokers in growing their loan volumes and business performance.

Broker Onboarding Support

·         Assist new brokers during the onboarding process.

·         Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brokers complete all required documentation.

·         Support brokers with lender accreditation applications.

Training & Engagement

·         Assist in organising broker training sessions and industry updates.

·         Support broker engagement activities such as events and workshops.

·         Promote Hai Money programs including broker mentoring and development initiatives.

Business Development Activities

·         Attend networking events and industry meetings.

·         Build relationships with referral partners and industry participants.

·         Assist in expanding Hai Money’s broker network.

Reporting & Administration

·         Maintain broker information in CRM systems.

·         Track recruitment progress and broker activity.

·         Provide regular updates to management on business development activities.

Skills & Qualifications

·         Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

·         Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

·         Basic knowledge of the mortgage broking industry in Australia is preferred.

·         Experience in banking, lending, or financial services is an advantage.

Performance Indicators (KPI)

·         Recruitment of new mortgage brokers to the platform.

·         Broker engagement and retention.

·         Growth in broker loan settlement volume.

·         Participation in marketing and business development activities.
