The RoleAs a key member of our collegiate and collaborative APAC M&BD team, you will support the team to deliver its respective client, business development and profile-raising plans. We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing & Business Development Coordinator for a role where every day will be different, interesting and challenging with a combination of project based work and general day-to-day BAU activities. While the majority of your work will be Australia-focused, the team works collaboratively across the APAC region so you will have the opportunity to undertake some Asia-focused work as well. The role is broad in nature and will include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:Bid supportAssist on bids (formal RFPs, capability statements) including updating CVs/bios, sourcing relevant credentials and other information relevant to the client request.Update the credentials database and ensure materials are stored in the firm's document management system.Client relationship managementAssist with updating client plans and client dashboards as part of the firm's Key Client Program.Assist with the preparation of materials for client listening interviews.EventsAssist in the delivery and coordination of events (online and in person) for our Australia offices and other APAC offices if required, including event invitation preparation using Vuture, managing mailing lists in InterAction and liaising with Legal Assistants and Reception.Preparing BD collateral and presentations if required for the event.Marketing and communicationsAssist in the management of end-to-end process for events, webinars and sponsorship opportunities.Support the Comms team to deliver profile raising opportunities such as client briefings, website updates, social media posts, award and directory submissions etc.Managing marketing collateral library and merchandise inventory.Support with award and directory submissions.BD and communications reportingCoordinate relevant internal communications across the region including weekly "Good News Monday" emails and HFW's intranet.Help coordinate partner, lawyer and team BD and Marketing inductions.BD & marketing tools - Work with colleagues to encourage the use of HFW's business development and marketing tools:InterAction (CRM database)Credential database (experience repository)Pitch and presentation templatesCV depositoryVuture (email marketing software)Provide user support and additional training as required About YouWe are seeking a proactive and well-organised individual, who ideally brings:Tertiary qualifications in marketing or an appropriate business discipline Strong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detailProject focused and highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks from various team membersA team player with enthusiasm, confidence and a can-do attitudeAbility to liaise with stakeholders at all levelsTenacity to see tasks through to successful completion whilst working to tight deadlinesAdvanced MS Office skills (including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel)Graphic design skills desirable What's in it for You?If you're eager to join a friendly team in a positive environment, this opportunity could be ideal for you.
