In this role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing product strategies that enhance user experience and drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and community to ensure the successful launch and ongoing improvement of our products. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Product Strategy:** Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company’s goals.- **Market Research:** Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.- **Collaboration:** Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment.- **User-Centric Design:** Advocate for user experience by incorporating user feedback and usability testing into product development.- **Performance Metrics:** Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.- **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with marketing and community teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure product adoption.- **Continuous Improvement:** Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and market trends. **Qualifications:**- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the blockchain and Defi fintech space.- Strong understanding of DeFi concepts, cryptocurrency markets, and decentralized applications and smart contract- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).- Passion for blockchain technology and a keen interest in emerging trends in the crypto space.
