About the Company
We are a Sydney-based architectural design and development consulting firm specialising in residential development projects, including duplex, townhouse and small-scale developments.
Our services cover the full project lifecycle, including feasibility analysis, architectural design, council approvals and project management.
Due to business growth, we are seeking a motivated property development consultant to join our team to expand our client base and generate new development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new client opportunities within the property development market.
Build strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers and builders.
Introduce clients who are interested in duplexes, townhouses, or residential development projects.
Provide initial consultation to clients regarding development potential and project feasibility.
Promote the company’s architectural design and project management services.
Work closely with the internal design and project management team to deliver client projects.
Manage client relationships throughout the early stages of project engagement.
Requirements
Previous experience in property, real estate, construction or development industry preferred
A strong network within the property or building industry is highly desirable
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong business development capability
Knowledge of residential development processes (DA / CDC / council approval) is an advantage
Australian working rights required
