Position Overview
Jindalee Fitness 24/7 is seeking a creative, organised, and community-focused Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of our brand and member experience. This role plays an important part in bringing our marketing strategy to life through engaging content, strong social media presence, community partnerships, and events that connect and inspire our members.

Working closely with the leadership team, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, coordinating sponsorship initiatives, and supporting community engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on – comfortable analysing social media performance while also creating compelling content and helping deliver memorable events.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

  • Video and short-form content creation for social media, digital campaigns, and promotional use.

  • Email marketing execution including newsletters, campaigns, and automated flows.

  • Website updates and SEO to optimise content, improve visibility, and enhance the member journey.

  • Paid advertising support across platforms, helping set up, monitor, and optimise campaigns and maximise leads.

  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines across all content, platforms, and campaigns.

Marketing Support & Campaigns

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.

  • Coordinate photoshoots, videos, and community outreach initiatives.

  • Support sales enablement and lead generation initiatives to grow memberships and engagement.

  • Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting and dashboards for leadership insights.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and update social media accounts, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging.

  • Monitor engagement and respond to member inquiries promptly.

  • Analyse social media metrics and recommend improvements.

Sponsorship Planning & Community Engagement

  • Identify and support sponsorship opportunities aligned with JF247’s mission.

  • Collaborate with local businesses and organisations to enhance community presence.

  • Help coordinate community events, workshops, and fitness challenges to boost participation.

Market Research

  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and potential marketing opportunities.

  • Provide insights to assist in developing effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: 1 year minimum in marketing; experience in fitness or wellness.

  • Skills:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficient in social media platforms, marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp), and analytics.

    • Familiarity with graphic design software (Canva).

    • Demonstrated experience with video content, paid advertising, email campaigns, website/SEO, and reporting dashboards.

    • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
