The Client:

Operating in 5 countries, our client entered the Australian market over 15 years ago and has had an incredible track record in medium - high density developments, and planned communities.

The Role:

Working in the Residential Communities and Home Building side of the business, this role will see you working on multiple projects and communities across Sydney. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering digital campaigns, social media, CRM, and content creation, while also supporting events, collateral, and day-to-day marketing activity to ensure strong engagement and results.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, some of your duties will include:

Supporting go-to-market campaigns
Working with agencies
Executing across digital channels including CRM and social
Supporting lead generation and campaign optimisation
Assisting with reporting and performance tracking

Specific requirements:

Essential - 3+ years residential Project Marketing experience (preferably from a developer or builder background)
Demonstrated experience creating and implementing effective campaigns
Tertiary qualification(s) in communications, marketing or related discipline preferred
Be eager, motivated and someone who loves coming up with ideas & implementing
Have a car / driver's license to allow travelling to site when required
