Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be involved in our software development projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that align with our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the developers in designing and developing software solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and senior management to define project requirements and goals.
Continue to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science
Proven experience (10+ years) in software development with at least 5 years in a management role
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent experience with SQL, XML and Software Design
