We are looking for 2x Quality Associates – Product Innovation & Lifecycle to support product quality activities across the full product lifecycle. This role plays an important part in ensuring new and existing products meet regulatory requirements and Blackmores’ quality standards, while supporting innovation and continuous improvement.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and applying a project management mindset, you will contribute to product development initiatives, manage product change activities, and help maintain the high standards our customers expect.

We are able to offer 2x fixed-term contracts, one for 30 months and the other for 12 months. This role is based at our Group Head Office in Warriewood, on the Northern Beaches.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting product quality activities across new product development and existing product lifecycle management
  • Reviewing and approving product specifications, packaging components and artwork
  • Coordinating product change control activities, ensuring accurate assessment, approval and implementation of changes
  • Contributing to product quality reviews and improvement initiatives
  • Providing quality support to the Stage Gate product development process
  • Maintaining and supporting the Product Change Control program, including alignment with quality processes such as CAPA management, regulatory requirements, allergen reviews and raw material assessments
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet regulatory and quality standards across global markets
  • Supporting the Quality team in delivering continuous improvement initiatives and strong quality outcomes

Who are you?

  • A Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification in a relevant scientific discipline
  • 2–3 years’ experience working within a regulated GMP/TGA manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of GMP/TGA principles and quality systems
  • Experience reviewing product specifications, packaging or artwork in a regulated environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
