About the RoleOwn and lead the integration architecture for ServiceNow FSM and related upstream/downstream systemsDesign, document, build and govern integration standards, patterns, and data flowsCoordinate and oversee integration delivery across projects and BAUAct as the escalation point for integration incidents, defects, and data issuesPartner with Functional and Technical Leads to align technical designs with business needsManage and collaborate with vendors and internal teams delivering integration workEnsure compliance with enterprise and technical architecture, security, and data governance policiesOversee integration testing including DEV, SIT, UAT support, and regression cyclesMaintain interface registers, runbooks, and technical documentationIdentify ways to simplify integrations, reduce technical debt, and enhance system reliabilitySupport smooth handover from projects to BAU with strong documentation and knowledge transferRoll your sleeves up and build, fix and improve existing and new integrations and data flowsTraverse both the project delivery world and BAU IT Operations, driving excellence, fixing problems and being a trusted escalation point
Skills and ExperienceMust be an Australian Citizen10+ years’ experience in systems integration and middlewareStrong experience integrating ServiceNow FSM with other applicationsHands‑on experience with Boomi, ESB and SAP CPIProven background designing and supporting APIs, event‑based, batch, and file‑based integrationsExperience managing integrations across multi‑vendor ecosystemsStrong problem‑solving and stakeholder management skillsExperience in Defence, Telco, Transport, or Utilities is highly regarded
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Certifications in Agile, project management, or relevant technical domains highly regarded
