MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth Australian tech company transforming how hospitality businesses operate.

With rapid expansion across Australia, they are seeking a driven Senior Business Development Manager to take ownership of the Sydney market and drive new business growth.

This is a true hunter role — prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with hospitality venues across your territory.

The Role
  • Identify and win new business across cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs and hospitality venues
  • Prospect, cold call and generate your own pipeline
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demos with owners and decision-makers
  • Use solution-based selling to demonstrate commercial value
  • Negotiate and close deals while consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and build long-term client relationships
About You
  • 5+ years B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven hunter mentality with a strong track record of winning new business
  • Confident pitching to business owners and senior decision-makers
  • Highly driven, resilient, and motivated by uncapped commission
  • Hospitality or F&B industry exposure is advantageous
