This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced team where you will play a key role in translating design concepts into commercially viable products ready for bulk production. Working closely with Design, Buying, Patternmaking and offshore suppliers, you will own the development process from design sign-off through to bulk readiness, ensuring garments maintain design integrity, fit accuracy and commercial viability throughout the product lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the detail of garment construction and enjoys balancing technical development with creative collaboration. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end development process from initial design handover through to bulk production readiness. Translate design concepts into technically executable, production-ready garments, ensuring construction, materials and finishes align with design intent.Act as the key point of contact between Design, Patternmakers and offshore factories throughout development.Own the sample development process, managing proto, fit samples and approvals through to final sign-off. Coordinate and lead fit sessions, consolidating feedback and issuing clear technical direction to suppliers and patternmakers.Ensure tech packs, BOMs, specs and measurements are accurate and production ready prior to bulk handover. Work closely with Buying teams to support cost engineering and commercial feasibility during development. Manage the development critical path, tracking risks, timelines and supplier communication to keep projects on schedule. What We’re Looking ForProven experience in product development within fashion, ideally across woven garments.Essential: Tailoring experience in either menswear or womenswear (suiting, structured garments, jackets, trousers or coats).Strong technical understanding of garment construction, fit and pattern development.Experience managing offshore suppliers and sample development cycles.Confident running fit sessions and communicating technical feedback to factories.High level of attention to detail with strong organisational and critical path management skills.Ability to balance design integrity with commercial outcomes.
