We’re looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Marketing Manager who can hit the ground running and take ownership of marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition across multiple sales channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced team where you’ll work closely with stakeholders across Fleet Sales, Novated Leasing and the Broker Channel. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns, support sales-led initiatives, and ensure marketing activity delivers measurable commercial outcomes.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop and deliver integrated B2B marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition across Fleet Sales, Novated Leasing and the Broker Channel
  • Translate stakeholder requests and business objectives into clear, commercially aligned marketing plans
  • Lead campaign delivery from briefing and development through to execution and performance review
  • Evaluate marketing briefs to ensure objectives, target audience and success measures are clearly defined
  • Develop targeted campaigns supporting broker engagement, channel marketing and sales-led acquisition initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive and external agencies to produce campaign assets across digital and content channels
  • Partner closely with Fleet Sales, Novated Leasing and Broker Channel teams to understand priorities and identify marketing opportunities
  • Provide guidance on marketing strategy and campaign approaches that align with brand and commercial goals
  • Challenge and refine marketing requests to ensure the most effective marketing solution is delivered
  • Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects across distribution channels
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
What you have:
  • 8+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within B2B, financial services or intermediary-driven environments
  • Demonstrated experience operating at Marketing Manager level with ownership of campaigns and stakeholder relationships
  • Proven experience delivering marketing initiatives that support lead generation and channel growth
  • Strong experience managing multiple stakeholders, business units or distribution channels
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and commercial judgement when assessing marketing opportunities
  • Ability to prioritise competing requests and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing external agencies and marketing suppliers
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and campaign performance reporting
