About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to support the delivery of a large-scale digital transformation program modernising enterprise training systems.

This role will work within a major multi-project program delivering a modern technology platform using the Microsoft ecosystem including Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric. The program aims to replace complex legacy systems and deliver scalable, modern digital services.

You will play a critical role bridging technical architecture and delivery execution, working closely with project managers, architects, vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new solutions across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical design oversight and delivery leadership across program initiatives.
Partner with project managers to develop delivery plans, track milestones and manage dependencies.
Coordinate delivery across architecture, security, infrastructure and vendor teams.
Translate technical requirements into clear delivery plans and implementation strategies.
Identify technical risks and resolve delivery challenges across complex systems environments.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support structured delivery approaches.
Plan and coordinate technology releases and go-live activities.
Ensure solutions meet both business requirements and technical architecture standards.

Skills & Experience

Strong experience delivering complex technology projects within enterprise environments.
Proven background leading delivery across Microsoft ecosystem technologies such as Dynamics, Azure and Power Platform.
Deep understanding of modern architecture patterns including APIs, microservices and cloud platforms.
Experience across full project lifecycle delivery from design through to implementation and adoption.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Knowledge of integration patterns, API-led connectivity and legacy data migration tools.
Proven leadership capability mentoring technical teams and facilitating collaboration.
