Summary of PositionThe Business Growth Strategist & Coach plays a key role in supporting Elevatory clients to grow, optimise, and scale their businesses through strategic guidance, financial insight, and data-driven decision making.This role works with both eCommerce and service-based businesses, helping founders develop stronger business foundations, clearer strategic direction, and structured growth plans.The coach acts as a strategic advisor, mentor, and accountability partner, helping business owners transition from operating day-to-day in their business to leading it strategically.

Business FundamentalsSupporting clients to strengthen the foundations of their business including financial clarity, pricing strategy, operational systems, forecasting, and scalable business structures.
Marketing Opportunities Identifying growth opportunities across marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies.The Elevatory has a dedicated expert team specialising in Meta and Google advertising, who provide specialist knowledge and implementation support. The Business Growth Strategist will collaborate with these experts to ensure clients receive high-level marketing insight while maintaining a focus on overall business strategy.Clients range from early-stage start-ups through to well-established businesses that require strategic direction to unlock their next phase of growth.This role is offered on a contractor basis, with compensation based on the number of clients managed within the coach’s portfolio.

Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3+ years coaching, consulting, or advisory experienceExperience working with eCommerce and/or service-based businessesStrong understanding of business financials, margins, and growth modellingExperience analysing marketing and performance dataExperience helping businesses move through growth and scaling phases
