As Business Sales Manager, you’ll lead, motivate and develop a team of Business Account Consultants and Senior Business Account Consultants to achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding customer outcomes. You’ll combine hands‑on leadership with account management responsibility for a select portfolio of large business customers, playing a key role in driving performance and capability across the team.

What you’ll do

Leading and developing a high‑performing sales team to achieve targets
Coaching and mentoring team members to maximise sales capability and service quality
Reviewing and analysing team performance and providing clear, actionable feedback
Managing a small portfolio of large business customers end‑to‑end
Building and maintaining strong internal stakeholder relationships

Your experience

Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a strong track record of exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach and develop high‑performing teams
Strong commercial, communication and time‑management skills
Experience planning work, setting performance targets and driving accountability
Solid working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
