The OpportunityWe’re seeking a Technical Sales Representative – Wedi to join our QLD team and contribute to the development and growth of the Wedi market in New South Wales. This field‑based role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the market—supporting builders and installers with technical guidance, demonstrations, and training, and helping convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of the QLD market for Wedi systems through targeted customer engagement and project support
Build relationships with builders, installers, designers, and project stakeholders across QLD
Deliver product demonstrations, toolbox talks, and structured training to build confidence and correct system adoption
Provide practical technical support and problem‑solving to ensure successful outcomes on site
Support early project engagement by assisting with system selection and installation guidance
Collaborate with Sales, Specification, Customer Service, and Technical Services teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Capture market insights and customer feedback to support ongoing improvement and market development
Maintain accurate activity and project records in CRM systems
Experience in technical sales, specification support, or a customer-facing technical role in construction or building materials
Strong understanding of builder workflows and on‑site environments
Ability to translate technical information into clear, practical advice
Confident communication and presentation skills
A proactive, customer‑first mindset and strong problem‑solving capability
Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across QLD
