ABI Civil Contracting is a self-performing civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across NSW. We are seeking a self-driven Operational Support Administrator to join our Operational Support Team. This role reports in the first instance to the Construction Manager, with direct involvement from the Operational Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, formatting, and compilation of professional bid submissions

• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports

• Support recruitment of professional staff, construction labour, and plant/equipment operators

• Place advertisements, arrange interviews, and assist with onboarding and induction

• Maintain personnel files and HR-related information with strict confidentiality

• Screen calls, manage enquiries, and support operational teams under tight deadlines

• Produce professional-quality reports using desktop publishing tools, Word, and Excel

Skills & Attributes:

• Self-driven, proactive, and highly organised

• Proven desktop publishing experience with ability to produce high-quality submissions and reports

• Proficient in Word and Excel

• High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

• Excellent interpersonal skills to support HR and operational teams
