Gaming Attendant

We are currently recruiting for a passionate & proactive Gaming Attendant to join the friendly and professional team at The Rex Hotel. As a Gaming Attendant you will be responsible for providing friendly and professional customer service in our gaming room. This is a full time or casual position with hours dependant upon the applicant. The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic and will need to demonstrate:

• Experience performing bar, gaming, wagering and cash handling duties including opens and closes or the motivation to quickly learn

• Minimum 6-12 months of experience in bar, gaming, wagering and cash handling duties is required

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly can-do attitude

• Success in working in a team environment and the flexibility to handle changing customer needs

• A history of exceeding expectations in all work areas

Availability for weekly day, night and weekend shifts is a must

Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential

Your application will include the following questions:

Do you hold a current Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certificate?

Do you have customer service experience?

How many years' experience do you have as a gaming attendant?

Do you hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate?

Are you available to work outside your usual hours when required? (e.g. weekends, evenings, public holidays)
