The Role:

Up to 13 hours per week.

Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.

Kitchen Management: Contribute to the kitchen operations, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Quality Control: Monitor the taste, texture, and presentation of dishes to maintain the highest culinary standards.

Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control, including ordering and stock rotation.

Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.

Creativity: Contribute to menu development and special offerings, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Safety and Hygiene: Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.

About You:

Bring your culinary skills to the table and help create memorable meals in our unique venue.

• Appropriate culinary qualification.

• Proven experience working in kitchens.

• Experience operating the grill section.

• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
