Olympiacos Pty Ltd is seeking for an experienced and skilled Cook for George's Paragon Seafood Restaurant - Coolangatta.

For the right candidate, the position will be on a full-time basis.

You will be required to do the following:

• Preparations of meals

• Check quality and quantity of food, seasons, portions, garnishes, add gravies and sauces as required          

• Regulate temperature of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment

• Ensuring that food is kept and serviced at correct temperatures

• Use and maintain kitchen equipment including stoves, grills, ovens etc

• Other necessary duties as a Cook

To be considered for the role:

• Minimum 3 years' experience

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
