Company Description Stayer is building an AI Operating System for accommodation operators.Our mission is to help short-term rental hosts, property managers, boutique hotels, serviced apartments, and holiday parks automate operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences through an AI-powered workforce.Today, operators rely on multiple disconnected tools to manage guest communication, housekeeping, maintenance, property knowledge, SOPs, staff coordination, and bookings. Stayer brings these workflows together into a single platform powered by AI agents that help teams work more efficiently and scale operations with less manual effort.Role Description As Hospitality Co-Founder, you will work closely with the founder to refine the product strategy, build industry relationships, and help drive the company's growth.This role is ideal for someone with deep accommodation or hospitality industry experience who wants to help build a category-defining technology company.Responsibilities • Provide accommodation industry expertise and strategic guidance• Help validate product direction and market fit• Introduce potential customers, partners, and industry contacts• Contribute to go-to-market and growth strategies• Represent Stayer at industry events and customer meetings• Help build credibility within the accommodation sector• Support fundraising and investor discussions where appropriateIdeal Experience • Experience in short-term rentals, vacation rentals, property management, boutique hotels, serviced apartments, holiday parks, or hospitality technology• Strong understanding of accommodation operations• Existing industry relationships and networks• Experience using PMS, channel managers, OTAs, guest communication, housekeeping, maintenance, or revenue management platforms• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovationWhat We Offer • Opportunity to join as a founding member of Stayer• Ability to shape the vision, product, and strategy from an early stage• Flexible working arrangements• The opportunity to build the future of AI-powered hospitality operationsThis is currently an equity-based founding role.
