Roza’s Kitchen is launching an exciting new coffee program and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has genuine barista experience in Australia and is confident working independently in a busy hospitality environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of real barista experience in Australia

• Can confidently make all espresso-based coffees to a high standard

• Has strong latte art skills

• Understands grinder adjustments, extraction, milk texturing and coffee calibration

• Is friendly, reliable, punctual and well-presented

• Takes pride in cleanliness and organisation

• Has excellent customer service skills

About the role:

• Initially 9:00am starts until afternoon shifts

• Opportunity for earlier morning starts as the coffee business grows

• Casual position with potential for additional hours and long-term growth

• Working with premium Victoria Arduino equipment

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves coffee and wants to help build and grow the coffee side of our business from the beginning.
