Salary: $77000 - $80000 per annum plus Superannuation
Position: Permanent Full-Time (38 hours per week)
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our team and play a key leadership role within our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory and stock control, and contributing to menu planning and development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, lead a dedicated kitchen team, and contribute to the continued success and reputation of Overland Corner Hotel.

Requirements:
