Task & responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations and coordinate food preparation activities.
Develop and update menu items, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained.
Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff.
Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.

Qualification & experience

Relevant culinary degree or equivalent
Proven experience as a Chef
Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
