Tasks and Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
Determine product type such as fish or other seafood and cooking ingredients (oils, seasonings, vegetables, herb) to meet demand
Work within ownership's budget guidelines
Ensure proper temperatures, packaging and locations to keep stock and prepared foods from spoiling
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and ensure excellent service
Implement marketing and promotions to improve sales
Maintain finical records, including budgeting and sales tracking
Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked environment
Monitor sales performance and adjust pricing strategies
Conduct recruitment, training and supervision of staff for the fast food section, including the chef and cooks
Prepare and implement staff schedules
Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety
