This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to take ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the business. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure exceptional customer service standards, and oversee all aspects of restaurant management.

Task & responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Chefs in developing and reviewing menus, including seasonal offerings and promotional initiatives.
  • Plan, organise, and manage special events, functions, and catering services.
  • Manage purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and pricing strategies in line with operational budgets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock movements and financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, hygiene, and workplace regulations while maintaining a clean and professional dining environment.
  • Engage with customers to obtain feedback and ensure a high level of satisfaction with food and service.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff to maintain service excellence.
  • Manage reservations, welcome guests, and support customer service operations during busy service periods.
  • Oversee staffing schedules, workflow coordination, and operational procedures to maximise efficiency.
  • Monitor business performance and implement improvements to enhance customer experience and profitability.

 


Qualification & experience

  • Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food service management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Sound understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and food safety requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
