HIRING: Evening Cook (Cafe & Pub Style)

【About the Role】 We are looking for an experienced and reliable Evening Cook to join our team. Our menu features a unique blend of Japanese Donburi bowls and Pub-style classics (such as Steaks and sides). If you enjoy a fast-paced kitchen environment and have a passion for fusion cuisine, we want to hear from you!

【Working Hours】

• Sat to Sunday

• 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

【Key Responsibilities】

• Prepare and cook Japanese Donburi and Pub-style meals (Steaks, etc.).

• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

• Ensure the kitchen is clean and compliant with food safety regulations.

• Manage prep work for the evening service.

【Requirements】

• Proven experience as a Cook in a Cafe, Pub, or Japanese restaurant.

• Comfortable handling both Asian and Western cooking techniques.

• Ability to work efficiently during dinner rushes.

• Punctual, hardworking, and a team player.
