Barista / Allrounder

Great coffee, no early mornings, and a beautiful work environment!

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Barista to join the café team at Alfresco Emporium in Collaroy. Attached to our busy lifestyle retail store and serving AllPress coffee, our café is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike.

We’re looking for someone available 4-5 days per week, Ideally Monday, Thursday or Friday and Saturday or Sunday. (Additional shifts may be available)

What we’re looking for:

You’ll be a confident, independent barista who:

• Can work solo on the coffee machine with speed and consistency
• Knows how to season and adjust grinders, set up and shut down machines
• Is available from 8:30am to 4:00pm
• Takes pride in keeping your space clean, efficient, and customer-ready
• Can assist with ordering non-perishables
• Is friendly, fast, and customer-focused

Other café duties include:

• Toasting sandwiches and wraps
• Basic food prep and milkshake making
• Standard café setup and closing duties

You must have previous barista experience and full working rights in Australia. Working holiday visa holders are welcome – but you’ll need at least 12 months remaining on your visa and a genuine passion for coffee.
