The Role:
As the Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be working within our Food and Beverage Team to support the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, Langland’s Restaurant & Bar and event space ‘Bellarine’. Provide exceptional customer service by handling all guest enquiries in a courteous manner, bringing your personality to light, and being your true and authentic self.
Some of the responsibilities include:
· Greet, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverage items to guests
· Provide personalised and outstanding service to all guests
· Open, set up and close the outlet
· Have a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu
· Set, clear and reset designated working areas
About you:
· Previous Food & Beverage experience as a Section Waiter
· A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
· Confident in recommending and upselling food and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and adapt to different customer needs
· Proactive problem solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Flexible to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
