We’re looking for a hands-on, guest-focused Front Office - Duty Manager to help lead our daily operations and ensure every guest experience is seamless, warm and memorable. You’ll be a confident multitasker, a steady leader under pressure and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment.

What you’ll do:

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and uphold the highest service standards
Lead, support and develop the Guest Services and Concierge teams
Handle guest enquiries and challenges with professionalism and care
Drive revenue through upselling, auditing and optimising operational performance
Contribute to forecasting, financial analysis and cost management
Assist across departments during peak periods to ensure smooth service delivery
Manage workforce planning, rosters and compliance requirements

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Duty Manager in a hotel environment (luxury experience a plus)
A natural communicator with a bright, professional and approachable style
Calm and solutions-focused under pressure, with strong organisational skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and foster a positive, high-performance culture
Passionate about hospitality and driven to create exceptional guest experiences

Out-of-hours work is a requirement of this role in line with the business's operational needs and includes weekends, evenings and public holidays.
