Masala Craze is looking for a passionate and experienced Cook / Chef to join our growing team. If you love creating authentic Nepalese & Indian flavours and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we’d love to hear from you!

🔪 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Nepalese & Indian dishes

• Maintain consistency in taste and presentation

• Manage food preparation and kitchen operations

• Ensure food safety & hygiene standards

• Assist with menu planning and specials

• Work efficiently during busy service periods

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cook / Chef in Nepalese or Indian cuisine

• Strong knowledge of spices, curries, tandoor & traditional cooking methods

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Availability on weekends & evenings

• Relevant qualifications (preferred but not essential with experience)
